Terms & Conditions

Exhibitor booths are 10x10. They are $50.00 a day - prepaid by Thursday, May 22,2008, $75.00 cash thereafter.

Exhibitor booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis and will not be relocated without accessing a relocation fee of $25.00.

EXHIBITOR GATE PASSES: Each exhibitor will be given two gate passes per exhibit space; any additional passes will be available at a charge of $10 per pass. There will be no refunds on exhibitor passes. If additional passes are needed, please request the number needed when registering.

SAFETY:

A) Exhibitor shall at all times keep the leased space and immediate surrounding area neat, clean, free from debris, and safe from any foreseeable use of access by the public, Arlee PRCA Rodeo or others.

B) Arlee PRCA Rodeo reserves the right to adopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary for the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of Arlee PRCA Rodeo. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations and exhibitor and his/her employees will conduct themselves in a courteous manner while utilizing the leased space.

C) Exhibitor shall not sell or display products except within the confines of the leased space. No displays shall be in any part of the isle area. No roving is permitted.

D) Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold Arlee PRCA Rodeo harmless from any loss or expense arising out of any claim for personal injuries or property damage as a result of exhibitor's use of the leased space.

E) No glass bottles are allowed in the exhibit area or under the grandstands.
